Why this blog

The purpose of this blog is to elevate the business side of communication – the aspects that are critical to leaders in the field and business. My desire is to create a place for leaders in the field to engage less around how internal communications is done and more around the impact of internal communications and how it works in organizations.

The blog takes some stances on the business side of internal comms that may be nontraditional. I invite you to engage, agree or disagree. In the end, that’s the only way we will continue to move the profession forward.
